Hi, I'm Diane!
I've always loved animals, but I didn't truly understand the magic of dogs until adopting one in my late 30s.
Lucky was a big, goofy Newfoundland mix who'd had a rough start—left tied to a post in the blazing heat of Fresno, California, and then adopted and returned three times before finally finding his way to me. The rescue named him Lucky, but I was the lucky one. He changed my life, and in turn I changed careers to working with dogs: first as a vet tech, then at Guide Dogs for the Blind, and for the past 12 years as a professional dog walker.
Now I'm channeling that passion into Dog is Love, creating t-shirt designs that celebrate all the ways dogs make life better: the silly moments, the heart-melting ones, and everything in between.
There’s another piece that makes this brand personal for me. I donate a portion of profits to animal rescues and shelters. So when you wear Dog is Love, you're not just showing your love for dogs, you're helping other pups find their forever homes.
